Enriching what nature has to offer, Gadot offers a range of citrate-based minerals for various applications such as dietary supplements, dairy products, sports drinks and beverages. Gadot provides tailor-made solutions such as GADOMAG+ soluble magnesium citrate, GADOMAG K which contains 10% magnesium and 10% potassium content and GADOCAL K, a calcium and potassium compound both providing no sedimentation and stable dispersion without stabilizers and the Gadotsport Line which offers a good mineral balance with magnesium, which is not always included in sports drinks available on the market.

GBi specializes in these quality enrichment minerals with the ability to modify basic products of the neutralization reaction in order to provide tailor-made solutions for different applications. Modification can be done as by post-treatment (additional modification steps: granulation, compaction, blending) or by modification of production.

Gadot’s entire magnesium product line is uniquely suited for the treatment of citrus-based beverages, reducing the amount of acidulants required in some cases. The citrate-based minerals provide the solubility of up to 20% mineral content for liquid products.

In addition to GADOMAG+, the company offers GADOMAG K, a citrate-based magnesium and potassium compound, in the form of a white odorless powder, designed to supplement liquid food products conveniently with a readily absorbent form of magnesium. According to Cohen, it is ideal for use in soy- and dairy-based food and beverage applications.
